1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the bd09 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you begin using our services and remains valid for the duration of your account's existence.

Users must be legal residents or citizens of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. bd09 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activities are deemed unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using our platform is lawful in your location.

bd09 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. By creating an account, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by underage users will be forfeited.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register only one account on the bd09 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held. To open an account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. bd09 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to comply with anti-money laundering standards.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• All information provided must be truthful and accurate; false information is grounds for account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify bd09 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account sharing, transferring, or selling your bd09 account to another person is strictly forbidden.

bd09 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until full KYC compliance is achieved.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bd09 supports a range of payment methods optimised for Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupees (INR) as applicable. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. These limits are subject to change with prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to prevent fraud.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review.
• Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. bd09 reserves the right to temporarily hold funds pending investigation if fraud is suspected.

bd09 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or network outages. All currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the player. Players are encouraged to review current payment processing times on the FAQ page.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bd09 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to reward active players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the conditions described below. Bonuses are credited at bd09's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be wagered within 14 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion have a maximum win cap of ৳5,000 unless otherwise stated.

bd09 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding promotion eligibility or bonus calculations, bd09's decision is final. Players who are found to have exploited a technical error or a bonus loophole will have winnings voided and may be permanently banned.

5. Responsible Gaming

bd09 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We encourage all users to gamble within their means and to treat it as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from their account settings. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd09 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances, including any pending withdrawals:

• Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion with other players, or any form of cheating, including the use of bots, scripts, or automated betting software.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage, including claiming bonuses through loopholes.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts under different identities or using VPN services to circumvent regional restrictions.

bd09 monitors platform activity around the clock for signs of prohibited behaviour. Investigations are conducted in full confidentiality and any user under investigation may have their account temporarily restricted while the review is in progress. Users found in violation of these rules have no right to appeal decisions related to forfeiture of funds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd09 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bd09 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the express written consent of bd09.

The bd09 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of bd09. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages. All third-party trademarks referenced on this site, including game provider names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe, are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd09 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform, any third-party conduct on the platform, or any content obtained from the platform. bd09 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

In no event shall bd09's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content exceed the total amount deposited by you in the preceding 30-day period. Users accept these limitations as a fundamental condition of being granted access to the bd09 platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bd09 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated whenever a material change is made. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Where a change is material, bd09 will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 7 days' notice before new terms take effect, either through an in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account. Non-material changes — such as formatting corrections, typographical fixes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a term — take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bd09 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties. bd09 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, bd09 may refer the matter to an independent arbitration process. Players retain the right to seek legal redress through the courts of their local jurisdiction at any time. bd09 does not waive any rights or remedies by initially pursuing an informal resolution pathway.
